Here it is again for your reference: By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules:

*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. There is one device within the unit to monitor smoke/ noise. If unplugged or tampered with, the fine applies.
2. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am. There is one device within the unit to monitor smoke/ noise. If unplugged or tampered with, the fine applies.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests or guests over the limit noted.
4. Pets- (Other than certified and trained service animals) Not allowed at this unit per building management. There is a 0 pet maximum. If any undisclosed pets are discovered it will result in a $250 fine.
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $250 replacement fee (the building charges us this amount (each) plus a 25% management fee to relabel and coordinate the effort. This is everything at cost.
7. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $50/Flat fee to extend to 12 pm. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
8. Standard check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $50 flat for check-in at 2 pm. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail.
12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
14. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
